修改後自傳:

To briefly state a few of the most common things: My name is O O-O. I was born in O, and grew up in a nuclear family with my parents and an older brother. My parents raised me to be independent and straightforward. The time I spent studying at the O O College of Languages was eventful and significant because I experienced both memorable and frustrating days. My experiences there influenced my personality and attitude. I studied English and Japanese for seven years and worked for three-and-a-half years at O. I used to care only about my academic performance, lacking the confidence to socialize. However, I was inspired and motivated to change this after participating in the International Voluntary Elite Student Organizations international events and activities, including the English debate championships and workshops, international entrepreneurship competition and Chinese summer camp, organized by the office of international programs.
These activities opened my mind and changed my attitude towards the world. I realized the importance of enlarging my knowledge, developing the mindset to overcome difficulties and the courage to face challenges. In practical terms, I improved my communication skills, learned how to cooperate with others and became more willing to interact and share opinions with people. In addition, thanks to these activities, I had the chance to go overseas, traveling to Malaysia, South Korea, Bangladesh and other countries. Furthermore, I was selected to be an exchange student at O University in OOOO. Being an exchange student taught me to be independent and adapt myself to a new environment. The unique culture in Thailand was stimulating and allowed me to view things differently.
After seven years study at O, I had the chance to work at my alma mater. I worked as project assistant in my first position, and was responsible for the ution of projects sponsored by Ministry of Education. I was then rehired on a contract basis in to run the student exchange program. In the past three years, I have obtained more experiences, which help me to understand how things really are in a workplace and how to handle urgent business under pressure. Working at O means a lot to me because I am glad that I can make further contributions and I have gained many precious experiences there. However, I have realized it is time to take a new challenge and make further plan for my career life.
To sum up, although to date, most of my work experience is in administration, I am willing to learn from the bottom and enlarge my knowledge and practical experience in various fields. My goal is to work in an international environment to expand my abilities and experience, and make further contributions to the company. I believe my reliability, teamwork and capacity to perform duties of all kinds would allow me be effective at your company.

When applying to Western companies, use cover letter format rather than autobiography and tailor it to the specific company to which you are applying.
