Autobiography My name is O-O O. People know me by my music, approachable personality and fun-loving attitude. As an O student from O O O University, I am rather an atypical one. As an O student, I have a broad knowledge of various business theories concerning such areas as financial management, marketing management and information management systems. However, with my background in O O and O, I am eager to specialize in finance and statistical analysis. I went to Washington, D.C. to improve my English while on summer vacation in 20O. The stimulation I received there from learning about culture, history, museums, people and students from other countries inspired me to learn insatiably. I tried to get acquainted with new things and immersed myself in foreign culture. Gradually, I began to understand how little I know, and that I have to keep learning. The world is so magnificent that once you’re involved in the journey of discovery, it’s unstoppable. Besides a strong academic background, the best gifts my parents gave me are a love and talent for music and mathematics. Out of my love of music, I established a piano club and gave free piano classes to our members. I remain one of the volunteer tutors and lecturers in this club, teaching music performance and theory. We have grown to have many enthusiastic members by offering systematic knowledge and a comfortable environment. Starting from only four members, we now have 100, after only one-and-a-half years. From this experience, I learned how to operate and maintain a club and build strong relationships among club members. Last summer vacation, I went to Beijing and interned at Beijing Gehua-Rizzoli Design as a coordinator, working under O O, an international curator and creative director of the company. The position allowed me contact with many famous Beijing art centers and designers. The most impressive experience was to be the translator for Ab Rogers, a renowned architect, to create a Weibo (Chinese microblogging) interview and lead a public discussion successfully.
