Biography:
O O O (OOO)

I am a cautious and pragmatic person who is eager and willing to learn new skills, and have a track record proving myself as a trustworthy team player. I have several years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment and have learned to prioritize and allocate my time efficiently. My work experience has also enabled me to resolve cross-organizational problems smoothly, be flexible in performing my duties and work well with both my superiors and subordinates.

I am a graduate of the Department of O and O O at the O University of Education, where I studied exhibition planning, marketing initiatives, sales, and material resources management. I served on the department’s student association, where I was responsible for group outings, teacher-and-student exchange activities and organization of symposiums and the teacher appreciation banquet.

In O OOOO, I decided to take on a new challenge, and accepted a job as assistant director of operations at one of Taiwan's largest frozen food companies. During the year I worked there, my achievements included improving the average gross margin by OO%, successfully resolving customers’ problems and clinching several big sales.

In O OOOO, I joined one of the world's largest online English learning institutions as a curriculum sales consultant. Since the institution’s client base is distributed mainly in the O O market, I use telemarketing via a computer cloud platform to provide clients with exclusive curriculum planning services.

Do not start your biography with “Hello,” which is too informal for communication of this type. If you are using the biography as a cover letter for your job application, rather start with something like “Dear Hiring Manager,” “Dear Sir/Madam,” or “To whom it may concern” — but not “Hello.”

It seems to me that you translated this biography using something like Google Translate. Parts of it made absolutely no sense at all (Like “Team for the performance of the company to achieve the highest rate of tissue.”) I did the best I could to edit it into something understandable and informative, but I suggest you rather get a professional translator to help you if having a proper English biography is important to you.

Avoid abbreviations, like SOP: Not everyone will know what you mean, and writing it out — standard operating procedures — makes your biography easier to read and makes clear exactly what you want to communicate.

I do not know what the actual titles of performances like “O O O, O O O, O, etc.” are, so I fixed the capitalization, so please check and add the original Mandarin titles in brackets if necessary, as the reader might be more familiar with the Mandarin titles.

I moved the part describing your personality and what makes you a suitable candidate, which you had close to the end of your biography, right to the top, so that the hiring manager can immediately gain an understanding of why he or she might want to hire you.
