Biography: O O-O (OOO) Our ancestors said: “A decent man is easygoing but not cliquey; neutral without declining." This is my motto in life. I have more than OO years’ experience of operational auditing, quantitative analysis and workflow improvement consultation, and have saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars by streamlining operations and identifying fraud, procurement losses and accounting deficiencies. In addition, I have presented seminars at major companies, worked as a consultant and published articles in several respected journals. My career achievements can be summarized as follows: 1. Operational auditing, quantitative analysis and workflow improvement By applying relevant strategies and thorough project auditing, I have prevented possible losses worth at least OOO OOO million. For example, in auditing a new business plan, I identified a number of flaws which deviated from corporate business standards. The follow-up investigation revealed that the project planner, who was to be the client’s business partner, was a main party implicated in O cases of fraud. Consequently, the business plan was suspended, and the O-year investment worth OOO OOO million was saved. I have also recovered or prevented nonrecurring losses totaling OOO OO.O million. In the case of a pharmacy channel which had not received the company's bonuses for a long time, I discovered that bonuses totaling OOO O.OO million had been fraudulently signed off for O consecutive seasons. I implemented countermeasures that successfully recovered the missing bonuses and balanced the account. As for the prevention of procurement losses, I managed to reduce a O media firm’s tax rate from OO.O% down to O.O% after uncovering an error in its tax withholding procedure. I brought about the reduction by correctly claiming a total annual advertisement placement of OOO OO million. I have also achieved continuing benefits for clients worth OOO OO.OO million per year through effective process or workflow improvement. By streamlining one client’s procurement process, I brought about savings of OOO O.OO million per year when I discovered that procurement personnel had overlooked significant “lowest purchase amount” and “component pricing” guidelines. An information system was introduced to prompt economic volumes. As a result of operations improvement, I saved a client OOO O.OO million per year when I found that the client’s channel sales team was overworked due to poor management and inefficient job assignment practices. I implemented measures to reduce the daily working time of each person on the OOO-member sales team by O hour, equivalent to saving a total annual personnel cost of OOO O.OO million. 2. Audit seminars, consulting, and journal publication I have been invited to present seminars by the O O Association, the Institute of O O, O-O O, O-O O, O O Industrial, and OOOO. My consulting work has included a “O O” project, providing topical analysis methods for the O O Center; a business analysis of the OO region for O O, where I discovered the source of a OO% revenue drop; launching a strategy and AD scheduling for a media purchase in O O for O O O Co., Ltd.; consultation on and verification of the implementation of statutory accounting principles (SAP) for O O; turnover auditing examining the impact of management-level turnover on job transfers at O O; and assisting O O O in listing on the new OTC market in O O's small and medium business share trading system. I have published articles in the O O Journal, O O O, and O O O on topics that included “O, O O O — O O-O-O O O”, “O O O O O O O O O O — O O O O O O O”, “O O O O-O's O O, O O O O O O's O O”, “O O O O O O O O O O O”, and “O O O O O.” In the journey that has been my career thus far, I have experienced the difficulty and complexity of corporate governance, and have become proficient in the flexible use of rigorous analysis to help organizations operate appropriately and more efficiently. Thank you very much for your time. I hope to have the opportunity of contributing to your company’s success by applying my talents and expertise.
I added more information to the first paragraph, summarizing the skills and abilities that would make you a suitable candidate for the position for which you are applying.
It was a good idea to break the biography down into sections with headings. This makes it easier for the hiring manager to find the information they need, and helps to structure your thoughts when writing.
Avoid using contractions in professional correspondence. Rather write it out: Instead of “I've prevented possible losses worth...” write: “I have prevented possible losses worth...”
Minimize the use of passive sentence construction. Instead of “a number of flaws were identified,” it is better to use the more active and dynamic “I identified a number of flaws.” Also, instead of “a pharmacy channel was found having...,” you can say: “I found that a pharmacy channel...”
“O frauds” basically just means “O dishonest people” — what you meant is “O cases of fraud.”
I found the part about the O media service confusing. I am not sure I understood exactly what you meant, so please check whether it is correct in the edited version.
Under seminars, you say you were “invited by” several companies — does that mean you were invited to present seminars? I changed the biography to say so, so please check if this is not correct.
Avoid abbreviations, like “SAP”: They can be confusing and not everyone will know what you mean. Writing them out makes your biography easier to read and makes clear exactly what you want to communicate: I guess what you meant is “statutory accounting principles (SAP).” If this is not correct, please change it.
I changed “O O's small and medium business share transfer system” to “O O's small and medium business share trading system.”
Avoid using exclamation marks (!) and questions marks (?), as they create an unprofessional impression.
