Autobiography
Who am I?
My name is O-O O and my English name is Athena. I graduated from O O Catholic University, where I majored in Law. In addition to my Law degree, I became interested in international trade, so I also pursued a minor in International Trade and Finance. While at university my youthful exuberance and diversified interests led me to actively participate in many extracurricular activities and campus communities. Through these experiences I learned how to get along with people, work well with a variety of different people, work constructively as a member of a team, and hone my communication skills. Presently, I work at the O O Foundation as a legal affairs manager and general administrator. I have a cheerful personality, as well as an aggressive approach, while maintaining a sense of responsibility to the importance of my work.
Attitude toward life
Optimism/Be willing to try new things/The courage to accept any challenge
When I was a sophomore at university, I took on several part-time jobs, including as a server at a restaurant, an English tutor, and an administrative assistant for my university. Owing to these part-time jobs, I had the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people, such as the restaurant owner, students’ parents and the chairman of the university. These interactions afforded me the ability to learn how to handle, approach, and address a wide range of situations. In addition, having gone through these experiences I am supremely confident that I have the courage to accept any challenge, that I am willing to try new things, that I can overcome difficulties and setbacks, and that I do not give up when faced with a new environment or adversity.
Background
Passion for life/ Do not give up easily
I was born in O on October 00, 0000, to a middle-class family. There are three members in my family: my mother, my older sister and me. When I was an elementary school student, my parents divorced. My mother assumed sole responsibility for raising and caring for my older sister and me. As a result of growing up in a single-parent family, I feel my sister and I quickly developed a more mature mindset and it made us more independent. Growing up, my mother was always there for my sister and I when we needed her and she has had a profound influence on our thinking and behavior. All in all, the words and deeds of my mother have given me a passion for life and inspired me to never give up easily because she never gave up despite the difficulties she faced.
Work experience
Excellent communicative skills/Continue to strengthen my English
Since graduating from university, I have worked at the O O Foundation for two years. Originally, I was a legal affairs manager, during which I was in charge of dealing directly with the public to provide them with legal resources. Owing to this work, I had the chance to interact with many different people from all walks of life, which helped me to develop and hone my communication skills. Developing these excellent communication skills and the ability clearly express myself have been some of my greatest personal accomplishments since joining the workforce.

In addition to working as a legal affairs manager, I also had the opportunity the serve as the firms’ cashier staffer. I then moved into a position as a accounting assistant, where I gained valuable knowledge about different fields, such as accounting and trade. This position also inspired me to learn more about these fields, so I read related information , books, newspapers, and magazines in my spare time to increase my commercial and accounting knowledge.

In addition to professional knowledge, I feel that learning other languages, especially English, is an extremely important skill. Therefore, I continually try to enrich my English ability by reading, listening, speaking, and writing, and I received a 710 on the TOEIC test, which I took on May 00, 0000.
Summary
I am sincerely hope that I might have the opportunity to interview for a position in your accounting department as I will do my best to apply my skills and attributes to your company and I think I would prove to be a valuable member of your team.

修改建議:
Resume:
1)Spelling and grammar were excellent and the layout is very professional. I just removed some personal information that usually is not included in the US for legal reasons.

2)I was a little uncertain about one of your certificates, so just make sure that what I wrote makes sense.

Autobiography:
1)Very well written and full of great information about yourself. I rewrote some parts to make it sound more fluid, but overall, outstanding.

2)Your layout is unconventional, but that is not a bad thing. The only tricky section is the background information because that type of information is usually not included in cover letters/autobiographies in the US, but it is clear that your mother is important to you and has taught you a lot, so I would try to add a sentence or two to your attitude toward life section.

3)Your work experience section does not have any details on your current position/responsibilities.

  Good luck!
