Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is O-O O. I come from OO, Taiwan. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in O O at National O O University, and a master’s degree at the same school, majoring in O O.

Last year, I worked at OOOO as a O O O for the O. My major task was balancing supply and demand. To meet an unexpected surge in business, I coordinated with vendors to offer more components without delay and successfully increased revenue by US$OOO,OOO. I also dealt with excess stock by coordinating with teams from different departments to handle slow moving inventories, reduced inventory costs by US$OO,OOO and eased bloated inventory levels.

During my years of study, an internship at OO’s Department of O O enabled me to develop robust analytical skills and use my accounting and financial knowledge in real-world scenarios. My main duties included examining corporate financial statements and drafting credit reports for corporate clients. During that time, I earned recognition from my colleagues for creating financial statements that were free of errors.

To broaden my horizons, I enrolled in the international student exchange program at the University of O in O. My open-minded attitude enabled me to immerse myself in foreign culture and build authentic relationships with a diverse group of people. I cooperated with people from different cultures and backgrounds to propose a due diligence report for OO, an O O start-up. Our efforts achieved an increase in holding shares from OO% to OO%. This experience not only helped me to enhance my business valuation techniques, it also strengthened my communication and organizational skills in an international context.

My solid academic training in finance and instructive internship experiences, as well as my excellent communication skills and responsible attitude, position me well as a candidate for the OOO company. It is my hope to develop my potential in partnership with OOO company.
