My name is OOOO OO OOOO and my English name is OOOOO. I am a graduate of OOOOOOOO University in OOOOOO with a degree in OOOOOOO and OOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO. While at university I became interested in international finance and my youthful exuberance and diverse interests led me to actively participate in many extracurricular activities and university societies. Through these experiences I learned how to get along with a variety of different people, work constructively as a member of a team and honed my communication skills. I currently work at the OOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Co., Ltd, OOOOOO Branch as a cashier. I have a cheerful personality, as well as an enterprising approach and I always maintain a responsible attitude toward my work. As a sophomore at university, I took a part-time job at OOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOO Ltd. I then took up a position as accounting assistant at OOOOOOO OOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOO Group where I gained valuable knowledge into different fields including accounting. The position also inspired me to learn more, so I read related information, books, newspapers, and magazines in my spare time to improve my commercial and accounting knowledge. Excellent cover letter, well done!
“There are five people in my family. My parents are both retired teachers.” In a Western-style cover letter, there is no need to include information about your family members unless it is directly relevant to a point you are trying to make.
“aggressive approach” - avoid using words such as aggressive, which have a negative connotation.
When applying to Western companies, make sure to tailor each cover letter to the specific job and company for which you are applying. Western employers like to see that you have made an effort to read up on their company and the role you are applying for; they don’t like generic cover letters. Therefore, it is a good idea to use the cover letter to tell them what it is that attracted you to apply to their organisation and why you believe you are particularly suited to their company and the specific position you are applying for.
