[Conclusion] - I would recommend removing this title since in English you would normally only write a conclusion in a long-format essay.
The final paragraph is good but it does sound a little generic. When applying to Western companies, make sure to tailor each cover letter to the specific job and company for which you are applying. Western employers like to see that you have made an effort to read up on their company and the role you are applying for; they don’t like generic cover letters.
Therefore, it is a good idea to use the cover letter to tell them what it is that attracted you to apply to their organisation and why you believe you are particularly suited to their company and the specific position you are applying for.
