I graduated from the OOOO Department of OO University. I currently work at the shipping department at OOO, which exports domestic products to Japan. I am mainly responsible for exports.

I am also responsible for handling the orders coming from the factory as wells as managing shipping and sales orders. Because our clients are mass merchandisers, we not only export a single item, but also a variety of products that need to be produced by different factories. Therefore, it is often the case that when an order comes, each factory needs to be contacted to locate the products.

I am in charge of drawing up invoices and packing lists, contacting the customs broker, checking the export declaration, and sending the delivery document to the customers, to the sales section.

My job allowed me to gain experience in the export business. As we have different customers, the corresponding shipping company and the forwarder are also different in each case, which means I need to have a full understanding of various regulations. Therefore, there have been many opportunities to make multiple contacts and gain experience and insight about the trade and freight forwarding industry.

I am familiar with the export business and hope to continue to specialize in this area. I believe my experience and insights would be valuable to your company.
