修改後自傳:

Dear Sir or Madam,
For my undergraduate degree, I studied mechanical engineering at OOOOOOO University of OOOOOOO and OOOOOOOOOO. After graduating, I was hired as a technical engineer working on solar twin crystal cutting and rinsing equipment at OOO OOOOOOO. However, I wanted to enrich my management knowledge, so I attended National OOOOO OOOO University’s master’s program in optoelectronics. I later also worked for OOOOOOO OOOOOO , OOOO OOO OOOOOO, and OOO OOOOO, and have more than four years of experience in the industry.

At OOO, I worked hard to be like a sponge, absorbing the experience of my predecessors. Because of my efforts and skill, I entered the advanced process equipment engineering department, which proved to be a major challenge. I often raced against time, but from these sleepless nights, my scientific and technical strengths improved dramatically. It also inspired me to study further, so I applied to the Institute of OOOO and OOOOO at National OOO OOO University and resigned from OOO to concentrate on my studies.
I gained a comprehensive understanding of optoelectronics from the institute. While I was at OOO, I was interested in R&D and innovation, so during these two years of study, I focused on this area. I worked on a solar energy advancement team that conducted in-depth research on the green energy industry, integrating theory with practice. Our project was very successful and helped to improve the solar cell process. The results were sent to companies, research and development departments, and employees to help them improve conversion efficiency and develop new materials.

I had a great sense of accomplishment doing this work and pursuing new knowledge. Along with my years of experience in R&D, from this process, I became more skilled in integrating nano devices, solar cells, and process analysis. I also have an excellent understanding of process design and low-cost mass production of thin-film solar cells, and am good at establishing standard operating procedures and controlling yield.

I work rigorously and pay attention to details. When I develop new products and technologies, I am patient and do not give up easily when I encounter bottlenecks. I am good at coordinating and working with others. These qualities would make me a valuable part of your team and allow me to play my role well, whether working on research and development or managing.

I love to meditate and align my body, breath, and mind. When meditating, I can think freely, let everything go, and restore myself. Through this practice, I have become more open-minded. The difficulties of work and conflicts with colleagues become simple and can be solved so that I can give my full strength and spirit to the advancement of science and technology.

I have rich experience in photovoltaics and technology innovation and management. I am looking forward to raising the bar and working on new, industry-leading technologies.
I have always had a keen interest in research. Your company's focus on R&D is well-known in the industry. I believe that in this environment full of innovation and support, we will be able to make significant breakthroughs.
Your company is the leader in the development of the solar energy industry, and has started to develop new-generation technologies such as electrodeless etching and metal assist. These areas all have great potential to generate significant value and set a new milestone for the industry.

Thank you,
OOOO OO OOO

Overall, I think it’s good! If anything, it’s a little long, but you have all the important parts. Here are a couple of suggestions:
● If you know the recruiter’s name, write that instead of “sir or madam.”

● Delete the paragraph starting with “I had a great sense of accomplishment…” It doesn’t say many new things.

● Also delete the paragraph starting with “I have rich experience in photovoltaics…” It says the same thing as the next paragraphs.

● I like the last part where you are specific about what the company you’re applying to work for is developing. It shows that you are passionate about working there and know what they are working on, you’re not just sending the same application anywhere.

● Be sure to use the company’s name. Also, write a sentence near the beginning saying what position you are applying for and why you think you would be a good fit: “I believe I would make a valuable addition to the R&D team because I have more than 4 years of experience working on both the industrial and academics sides of the industry, developing tools to improve conversion efficiency, among others.”

● Be a little more specific about what you developed with the team while in school. I think this will be impressive to an employer.

Good luck!
