修改後自傳:

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is O-O O. I graduated from National OO University, where I majored in business administration. While working, I am always conscientious and responsible, and complete all tasks wholeheartedly, regardless of any challenges I might face.

In undergrad, I worked tirelessly to enhance my professional skills and used my spare time to study international trade, improve my computer processing skills and participate in a number of extracurricular programs.

Since I love interacting with people, I took part in the university’s student ambassador program. We helped international students adapt to the school environment and Taiwanese life, and gave campus tours to visiting officials. As a member of the public relations group, I was responsible for planning courses and scheduling cultural trips and final parties for international students. I also helped plan and manage projects for the OOO beauty show. From these two experiences, I learned the spirit of teamwork and coordination skills that will allow me to provide the most suitable services and products to customers.

During my senior summer vacation, I was an intern at the OOOO. My responsibilities mainly consisted of planning trips for ambassadors, organizing Chinese-language classes and leading Taiwanese culture tours for diplomats. This great opportunity exposed me to the methods with which countries interact, as well as people from different economic and cultural backgrounds, which will give me a valuable perspective when handling customers from abroad.

In addition, my adventurous spirit and desire for a challenge led me to participate in an exchange program in Germany over senior year, where I learned about German culture and broadened my horizons. Living abroad poses many frustrations and challenges, but I believe these experiences strengthened my self-reliance and independent thinking. No matter what difficulties I encounter at work, I will solve them with optimism and positivity.

In my leisure time, I work as a tutor in a language school, where I provide course consultation services, consolidate files and arrange teaching activities. Through these tasks, I am improving my data management skills so that I can better process large numbers of orders and quotations in the future.

Thank you for spending the time to read my autobiography. I sincerely hope that I will have the chance to meet you for an interview.

Sincerely,
O-O O

Nice job!
You’ve had a lot of really cool experiences already!

Here are a few suggestions:
●Use the recruiter’s name instead of “Sir or Madam” if you know it.

●All of your history is in your CV -- the autobiography is a chance to tell stories that will show the company what kind of an employee you might be. You’ve had a lot of really cool experiences, so I want to hear a little more about those. For example, instead of just saying you learned about relationships between countries, tell a story about a project you worked on and what you learned from it.

●I thought the two most impressive parts of your resume were your OOOO internship and your year abroad in Germany. I would recommend talking more about how those experiences changed you (use specifics!) and how that will make you a good employee.

●Research the company you are applying for and add some details about why you would be excited to work for them and how you would be a good fit for their company. Recruiters like to see that you put some effort into your resume and didn’t just copy and paste the same thing for every application. If you were a recruiter, would you rather choose someone who sent a generic autobiography, or someone who sounds really excited about the things the company is working on?

●I moved the tutor job to the bottom, since it sounds like that is your current job and it’s slightly less interesting. Please change the tenses if you are not doing that job anymore. If you are applying for a tutoring job or something very similar, I would move this higher and talk about it more, again adding specifics about challenges you faced and how you overcame them and what you learned. You can tailor your autobiography for the job you are applying for -- if it has to do with foreign relations, emphasize the ministry internship. If it has to do with English tutoring, emphasize the times you have done that.

Good luck!

Kayleigh
