Referees: O Technology Co., Ltd– O O (RD/FAE Manager) Tel: 886-O-O-O Personal Strength and Summary of experience I am a fast learner. Because of this, I have a broad background in a number of topics, including photography, travel, music, dance, drama and movies. I combine knowledge from a number of difference disciplines to improve my quality of life. In my professional life, I keep a keen eye on the markets, analyzing them for trends, as well as mainting sharp observation on consumer patterns. Because we sell the electronic products, we must be on top of all future treends. I have created major design review rules for large companies. I can build good relashionships with RD, FAE, AE, customers, sales, agents … with all the important people on the supply chain. When I worked at Solomon, I made a bet with the director that I could regarding our EPS of that year. Of course, he won the bet, but he invited me to speak at the celebration. In a known market, I can pass on competitors’ information between customers. I have a great deal of experience creating new business, managing sales, buying wafers, establishing wafer business, selling video boards (TV and samll panel boards), control margins, checking the status and prices of competitors, working with engineers and facing big customets from the top down. In my opinion, work can be fun. I can go on long business trips, because am an amateur photgrapher. When I engage in conversations, I retain most of the details of what we talk about. In my opinion, ution of a project plan is very important. I always have five or 10 plans in place, and keep them running in my private life. I fill my schedule with action items. I don’t want to waste time on trifles. I enjoy my work and life very much.
O O O is very experienced. Because of this, he makes a common mistake when writing a resume – he adds way too much detail. It is almost impossible for a potential employee to swim through that level of detail in the large number of resumes they receive. I can guarantee you that if you do not decrease the level of detail, most hiring managers would throw the resume away. I have attempted to cut out some of the detail, while keeping the important parts. For instance, it is always important to not that you increased revenue, or created new products. But you do not need to state in every past job how many people you managed. A lot of these details will come out during the interview, so you don’t need to write them in the resume. Another option is to hint at some of these details during the autobiography below, something I think you already did, but which you could a little more of. I also changed the grammar to make it more proper. One last thing, and likely the most important, is that I added an objective and summary section at the beginning of the resume. This makes it easy for a potential employer to read in 15 seconds everything he needs to know about you to decide whether he wants to know more. If you make it easy for the e4mplyer, he will most likely want to know more about you.
