工作內容:
1. Perform after service for existing customer including trouble shooting, issue duplicate, etc. 2. Coordinate internal resource (R&D, production line) and act as first tier to deal with customer. 3. Train and support local 3rd party service center. 4. Issue collect/record and knowledge database management.
1. Bachelor or above in business or engineering background.2. Two years or above in IT industry, product management, product verification test or FAE support is preferred.3. Mature English competency with TOEIC above 750.4. Able to take business trips, 2 ~3 times quarterly.5. With enterprise solution or consulting experiences is a plus.6. 4+ years in server or PC related experiences is a plus.
