工作內容:
*Job Summary: As an experienced sales manager who should be familiar with server product (architecture/technology roadmap/ecosystem) and working as a core team lead to coordinate regional sales/RD/supply chain/operation/service from RFI/RFQ/RFP, NPI until product launch. Ensure product deliverable to customers on time, on schedule, on budget and on cost.
*Job Responsibilities: 1. More patient on teamwork and program execution toward target. 2. Customer escalation window. 3. Work with BD and Go-to-Market solutions team to identify and drive co-creation with customers. 4. Product insight alignment and roadmap influence with PM and customers 5. Always fulfill and deliver all pipelines requested by regional sales team. 6. Product life cycle management - Early business engagement with regional sales/BD team - MRD, PRD and architecture stage influence - Tender / RFI, RFP and RFQ lead and coordination - Coordinate with core team and ensure customer requirement delivered as expected 7. Scope change impact management (impact on cost/budget, schedule and business) 8. Commercial T&Cs collaboration with regional team and core team at headquarter 9. Pipeline review and follow ups with BD and regional sales team. 10. OOB(Out of Box) plan with RD for non-CCL items requested by customers
1. Master degree in business admin. related field is a plus.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in server industry with sales and account management field.3. More confident in front of people.4. Familiar with server hardware product knowledge.5. Successful presentations and English communication skills.6. Can work with team in high demanding environment.7. More detail orientated and accurate attention to the key point.8. Fluent in English writing and verbal communication (TOEIC 750+ is a must).
